Paramount has sent out a new photo of Iron Man for the winter movie previews. FirstShowing has the goods, seen above. Click on the image to enlarge. Iron Man continues to stand tall on my list of most anticipated films of 2008. The suit is just so cool.
Although I am surprised at how flimsy the shoulder pad and the under arm metal chest plate look in high resolution. Don’t get me wrong, Iron Man still looks f’n cool. The mask just looks so comic book, almost surreal, slick, compared to the more realistic construction of that aforementioned area. Yes, I know, I’m just being nit-picky. But isn’t that what fanboys are supposed to do?

suit still looks cool but this isn’t too different from the first shot we saw of thge suit. throwing a punch or firing a repulsor blast would be nice…

wheres the cup holder? and i thought it was red and gold not burgundy and bronze. something is clashing with me, and i dont know what it is im scared hold me.

Suit looks incredible, but to me it looks like Iron Man has a receding hairline.

Hopefully this can bring new life back to the gasping Marvel movie genre.

Even though it is the “new” suit and not the classic shell-head that I prefer, it looks great and I am very excited about seeing this. Hopefully it does indeed breathe new life into Marvel.
