He's not a very likable mainstream actor. He's better for more edgy dramatic roles, not for a comic book action movie. I cant imagine his input into the script was a good idea either. He doesnt seem like the kind of person that would know what a mainstream audience would like. And what evidence is there of him writing anything any good; hasnt he only been an actor so far. It seems like he got this job just because of his clout as an actor. It'll have to be better than the first Hulk movie though, that was total mess, except for the dog fight.
