As for the model, a movie Master Replicas-esque prop would seem possible, but as far as R/C is concerned, if they were to make a toy, it would only, at the most, cost $25- $30. Remember, most of Pixar's audience is kids, and their main target group. So in order to merchandize well, they have to fit their price range.
