Out friends at Vulture have discovered the identity of the small Cloverfield monster… the Lamisil Toenail Goblin. And before I start getting e-mails…Â Yes, this is a joke. I just thought it was funny enough to pass along.

Picture on left is clearest image of monster I’ve seen so far. Image looks like something standing on two legs and hunched over, big head and big hump. What else has big head and big hump for its size? Wait for it …A TURTLE!!!! Since, previous bloggers wrote how jj abrams visited japan and said america needed a new monster, NOT godzilla and NOT king kong (abrams allegedly said it was too cute– a big cuddly monkey).Turtles aren’t all that cute, probably eat clovers (and a giant-sized turtle could have seaweed-like clover living on its back) , their legs would be reptilian (blogger above said picture had reptile legs) , and they could set the air on fire with their gas (farts). If not a turtle, then it must be a giant plant monster. Comments???

Of course its Godzilla 2, remember the first film there was one surviving egg , Crikey it don’t take a Genius to work it out Does it ? the egg that survived the explosion was at Madison square gardens ? in New york can anyone else see the connection

J.J. Abrams has told his story a dozen times already - this is a new monster, an American one, for our times, and it is his own original creation. Give the guy some credit.

And in case I forgot to mention it - it’s not Godzilla.

ok everyone in’s not godzilla or any creature I know someone and I got the inside on it. it’s a alien, one of not any like anyone has every seen it’s the most terrifying thing that has been put on film except for one other time. if you look at the clues and think about it and watch the trailer’s close you can see it and you will be scared by it’s looks and what it is and it’s power. it’s so horrible i don’t even want to tell you. but here it goes this alien is known as MEGATRON.

I agree with Vic that they should keep the Godzilla production going, even though this might not be the Godzilla monster. They couls make a new movie about a bigger and better Godzilla, which wasn’t as bad as the first one.

so i just seen the movie a couple of hours ago its def an alien and he caries smaller aliens that drop from him and to me the smaller ones look like the creatures from tremors 3 just with crab like legs and the big one had to legs and a slug like rear….picture the creature from hell boy samiel but with out legs and with a slug tail
