The photo on the article is production design artwork from White Jazz which Carnahan posted last month before Clooney left (obviously). It’s supposed to give you an indication of the movie’s planned style.

I still think the in-the-works sequel to L.A. Confidential is more intriguing than Joe Carnahan’s adaptation of White Jazz. Darren Aronofsky should direct White Jazz with Clive Owen as Klein and Joseph Gordon Levitt as Junior Stemmons.
