All of Roth's movies are terrible and he has very little talent. Thanksgiving was overrated, funny once or twice but then? To make a whole film of similar trailers just seems silly (not in the good way) and a result of the above mentioned lack of talent. I agree with Robert - Roth just can't write an actual story. My feeling is this movie won't do well and maybe finally people will realize this guy is a joke and will spare us painful garbage calling itself 'film' in the future.

I saw Grindhouse in the theater 3x. Thanksgiving was genius (as was Planet Terror). I can not wait for this.

This sounds awesome. I am a big fan of Grindhouse movies and when this double feature came I almost crapped my pants. I saw it, count em, SEVEN times in theaters which was almost every day that it lasted in our small town. It was quite amzint though and I can't wait for this and Machete.

Has everyone gone completely insane?! Eli Roth is just about the biggest hack working in Hollywood these days (although competition is fierce). This is the lamest fucking idea I have heard in a long, long time. Try writing an actual story douchebag. Preferably one that doesn't suck. Seriously people, what the hell happened to standards? What a bunch of mouth-breathing, sychophant losers. Of course these guys (Smith, Tarantino, etc.) seem to be getting by on pure bullshit these days. This will never happen. How many times do you hear about one of these guys doing this or that and then it never happens. Is everyone in LA just fucked up all the time? Stick a fork in Hollywood, it's done.

P.S Death Proof SUCKED.

I agree that I love how Pixar shows short films before its movies... but a movie full of trailers, especially with Eli Roth involved, doesn't excite me in the least.

This is awesome news... I loved Grindhouse, thought only saw it 2 times in theaters and I loved all Eli's work (esp Thanksgiving). This should be awesome, I would love to QT and RR to do the favor back to Eli and each provide a trailer for this...

Grindhouse was the best movie I've seen in theaters this year. If anybody missed out, I'm sorry. I saw a few people walk out during "Death Proof," either because it was boring (to which I say no sir) or due to its' length. People really didn't give this movie a chance, and to those who did 98% of the people enjoyed the film very much.

Theater experiences have changed. People want to be entertained for 90 minutes and race home to watch American Idol and other lame shows. They don't remember back in the 20'sm 30's, and 40's where people would sit in the theater for 2 hours + to watch back to back films, hear about the news, and just get away from it all.
