The Kingdom

Peter Berg’s The Kingdom is front and back-loaded with some incredible action. The middle hour is, well, you’ll have to wait for my review tomorrow. Universal Pictures has put the first four minutes of the film online for you to enjoy. I really think they should have included the first 10 or 15 minutes instead. The first four minutes consists of a nicely designed introduction, and nothing more. Just don’t buy the bait and switch, the majority of this film is something much different, more akin to CSI in the Middle East. Check out the first four minutes after the jump.

You can watch the four minutes in High Definition on Yahoo Movies.

    that looks very good.
can’t wait to see it and am very upset that I missed a screening last week.

I want to like this movie because it features Jeremy Piven and Jason Bateman, but i’ve really started to have serious doubts about it simply based on how they have been marketing.. so up that review.

You have to admit, that intro is one of the coolest and sleekest around. This just makes me want to see the movie even more than before. (Also, the score was magnificent!)
