Two New Saw 4 Photos, One MAJOR Spoiler

Our friends at [1] MoviesOnline.ca have posted a couple new photos from SAW 4. One of which is a HUGE spoiler, so don’t continue after the jump if you don’t want to know.
Tobin Bell’s character Jigsaw died at the conclusion of SAW 3, and the opening clip of SAW 4 features the autopsy of Jigsaw where they find a tape inside his internal organs ([2] watch that clip here), but the photo below shows Jigsaw alive. How could this be? May-be it’s a flashback? But I doubt it.
Saw 4 hits theaters on October 26th 2007.
