They should call it Halloweener.

Rob has other things to work on, and he's already said that he won't come back for another Halloween flick. I mean, how could he? His version of Halloween ended on a final note, and if you've seen it then you know that there can't be another one in Rob's universe.

Rob is one of the few film makers that won't make something for money, and I respect him for that. The fact that his characters stay dead is also what I love about his movies. I'm sure there will be another Halloween flick, but it will probably be in the vein of Jason X or some type of spin off to catch on the popularity of the franchise.

I think that another Halloween would be a horrible idea, but I'd probably go see it anyway.

The movie was great, and any one who says it was not is stupid. More people on Fandango said it was great then said it was not. I saw it and loved it. It was different. It had story and feeling. You went in expecting something, and didn't get what you expected and said this sucks. Watch it again with an open mind and see the beauty that this Halloween was. It was a new story not the same old shit. Everyone wanted to see them same movie with younger people, but then they really would have bitched. Just like Psycho. Or, we could have had another one with Busta Rhymes and you all could have bitched. We got a great story, and well you all bitched. Fact is, there is no pleasing any of you. You are gonna complain no matter what, so just shut up.

The sequel title could be "Halloween: kicking the dead horse"

Personally I liked the movie, I'm a big Michael myers fan, even though it looks as if the movie ended on a final note, i'm still hoping for a sequel.

WELL IN THE US AND UK THERE WERE 2 DIFFERENT VERSIONS. IN THE US VERSION LAURIE SHOOTS MICHAEL IN THE HEAD AT THE END. IN THE EUROPE VERSION MICHAEL DOES NOT KILL DR.LUMIS HE LATER HANDS OVER LAURIE TO THE POLICE AND DR.LUMIS. THEY LATER GUN MICHAEL DOWN AND HE BODY JUST SITS THERE.

Rob's version was not as good as the original film but was still very good. Maybe he could do justice to the 2nd Halloween! I hope he changes his mind and makes a 2nd Halloween.

In my opinion all of us have to be thankfull about the Halloween remake because once and for all we will have after so many years of waiting the missing link that will be Halloween 3.

they could make a sequle if they want to because michael myers cant die....hes evil! so it would be cool to see another Halloween film but they should start where they left off with Halloween resurrection... they really cant make a sequle with the ending Rob Zombie made...

I think Zombie's remake was kick ass. I liked the originals and all, but he brought the dark character of who MM really was to life. Even though Zombie won't return to make a sequel (which I respect), I would be interested in seeing a whole new line of Halloween. The old series sucked... It was good for its time but it can be much darker now. And what the fuck was with Halloween 3 and Halloween Resurrection?? Those were horrible.

I nevere cared about them, I practically begged for MM to kill Annie, she was annoying!

I Think they should make a Halloween movie with Michael being more human .He should be more romantic,and find a girlfriend.

They should keep on with the Michael Myers story.It would be so stupid to have a Michael and Jason movie .It is better with just Michael by himself.

I think that there is always a way around things like in halloween h20 and ressuirection.
For all we know it could have ben somoene else another vixtim in that suit and they pushed her off the balcony to get away from michael. I mean in ressurection they showed you that the security god was the one laurie killed.
This would then tie in with the h20 and ressurection versaion because it would mean that in the begiining laurie killed the wrong person and then in the end kiling the wrong person ultimately ended in michael tracking her down in the sanitarium and killing her. All it would take is for a dr in the next movie to be explaing this to someone investigating michael myers murders and it would keep people up to date and make the movie make more sence

I hope they do make a Halloween 2 remake with Michael and his sister being reuinted at Smith's Gorve Sanitarium.

It wolud g oood to make remake at Smith's Grove Sanitarium with Michael in maximum Security ward in a locked cell.

Michael should be in love with the girl who was in his room in the rob zombie Halloween remake . she was very cute and would be perfect for Michael.

THA Halloween that Rob Zomie made was tha total Bomd. It was Badass! Excuse my Language! It seemed like He was a HELL of alot Stronger, and he also walkd fast sometime, but mostly slow, but whn he was tryna kill some 1 he walkd fast and it was awesome. And in tha other remake in 2000 with jamie lee curtis and josh hartnett was good, but original. But in ROB ZOMBIES!......It was flippin Awesome!! Like when he was juss bustin right thru tha doors, and in tha other one's he juss punched thru it and it took him a minute to get in thru tha door.. But in tha other one he just waslks right thru it!!! And when he was attackin someone, um....like.....tha screen was shakin around like tha grond waa shaking or something! That's what made tha movie so much better! Plus im a GUY and i thot it was sexy! Like when tha gut in girl were on tha couch doin tha nasty and Michael Myers came in and killed them both. but i know that what i say wont make them or want to make a final sequel to tha Rob Zombie ''Halloween'' Movie. Facts are the weinstein brothers have already announced no sequel to Zombie's halloween. I would personally love to see another one but New Line won't do it for some reason. Now we get to look forward to other remakes like Friday the 13th and A Nightmare on Elm street

I hope there will be another Halloween--they need to end it! I like Jamie Lee Curtis and Scout Taylor Compton, they would do a fine job in a sequel. It needs to be the best, the scariest, the most horrific, shocking, jaw-dropper, breath taker, spine tingler, sight grabber, AND THE END! Rob Zombie should partner up with John Carpenter to relive Michael Myers and make it the movie of the century! I would go to the movies to see it!

Halloween 1, 2 and H20 are the only good films. I have been a huge halloween fan since i was about 10 years old and i am now 20. Halloween 4 and 5 are awful. 3 should have never been made. In my opinion, they should have stopped after the 2nd movie with Michael burning outside of the hospital. I did enjoy h20 very much though. Zombies film was decent but it doesnt compare to the original by any stretch of the imagination. Without the first there would be no zombie film

If another Halloween must be made, (which I am in favor of)... They need to get back to orriginal storyline, and finish it up the right way. Either have Michael kill off the remaining family members, or have them kill him off.To my recollection, no mention of Laurie Strodes son was made in resurection, so maybe they could get him back in the mix, and finish things that way. As for Rob Zombie's movie, I liked the movie, but hated the storyline. He totally killed the story that was already set from the previous movies. Go back and watch halloween 6 and you will see a completely different reason for Michael's insanity.

I for one and thanking God that they didn't go with that stupid "Thorn" idea. Michael was nuts before he ever went into the Asylum he killed his older sister and even that was in the original. 6 was the worst Halloween out of any of em which is why when H20 came around Jamie Lee and the rest of them ignored all the other ones except 1 and 2. I think A sequel does need to be done...Alot of the cast has announced signing for another one and Malcolm McDowell stated he signed on for 3! So No Thorn Crap Please that was beyond Ridiculous.
