Comic-Con teaser poster aside, this is our first look at Tim Burton’s Sweeney Todd. I don’t know where exactly this production photo came from (someone just told me that it might be from Panavision?), but I’m sure more are probably on the way. I really dig the black white and brown color palette being used here (and in the teaser poster). The photo appears to be from either Wait or My Friends, but the lifted floorboard makes me lean towards the latter. Click on the image above to enlarge. I would see anything with Johnny Depp! And with this society the more blood the better! Warner Bros should stop complaining and leave Tim alone he is brilliant and if you start cutting and pasting it won’t be a Tim Burton film. So what if it’s an R rating that just means the kids have to go with us to see it instead of staying home!!! And as I watch the people in this film get chopped us all I will do is picture that they are the terrorists getting made in to mince meat pies! So please listen to the public and leave Tim Burton to his vision of this film!
