Maybe it's flashbacks? Probably not. Let's see, will he have been "disappeared" by the government, suffering amnesia in a foriegn country, spending time in a remote inaccessible prison, gaining enlightenment in a monastery? Or all of the above? Whatever, I'm so happy that Karen Allen's in the film, nothing can mess up my high. He IS dead, in my Indy universe, Marion says so. Maybe it’s flashbacks? Probably not.
