The ending of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows appears to have been leaked online days before the planned release laster this week. Various sources are reporting that the book concludes with an epilogue that takes place nineteen years later and lasts nine pages (photo are available on some websites). If you don’t want to know who lives and dies, than don’t search for the information.

The epilogue on that page directly contradicts the statements above about the story itself. That might be a huge clue about the accuracy of these statements.

This is true. Go to any of your favorite torrent sites (ie. thepiratebay or mininova) and you can download a copy of the book in photo form. You can tell that it is the real book, page by page.

I just read the epilogue pages posted on the site. The site says Ron dies. On page 735 of the epilogue, Harry and Ron are talking about parking cars. The photos are real, the comments are incorrect.

The novel is supposedly 784 pages in the U.S./600 and something in the UK,
yet the final page of this epilogue is 739. Though the art and the font are
dead-on, so who knows?

I like to see creativity. I think it’s cool all these people who may or may not have the book are making things up. I like that young people are reading books. I like to see parties with young people and old ones. Maybe I’m the only 30 year old in Raleigh going to the party but I think it is fun. It’s good for children to read. I regret that when I was a child I was illiterate. Even if Rowling never writes another potter book I’d like to see her write another book because I like the way she writes even if I have to struggle to make sense of it.
At least the person is trying to create and maybe he’ll find his own voice someday. Would Dumbledore be accusatory on a minor thing such as this or would he work with the person. He tolerated Snape and Snape could have avoided killing Dumbledore decided he wanted no part of the unbreakable vow. He did it with full knowledge of what can happen. He wasn’t a child.
Rowlings message is do the right thing or pay the price. Sometimes you do the right thing and suffer anyway. Maybe the message is even if you pay for doing the right thing at least the world is better because of it. I think these people want recognition they didn’t earn by having something they aren’t supposed to. Maybe they’ll find what they have that no one can take from them. Courage, strength, creativity and fortitude to endure the things this life throws at them. I look forward to reading their books. I’ll wait until friday for the real article. I see no harm in reading spoilers because I don’t remember most of what I read anyway and I don’t believe the parts I remember.

Okay this is for all you who think you’ve seen the ending of the book. I am good friends with the guy who hacked into the bloomsbury site and he wanted you all to know he posted up a fake ending to see how many of you believed him. The real ending is as follows;
Voldemort and Harry have a fight in the second chapter. Harry wins
Chapter 3 - Hermione and Harry have a shock fight - Harry wins, hermione dead
Chapter 4 - Ron is accused of stealing harry’s invisibility cloak, in retaliation Harry kills all the weasley’s in a drunken rage
Chapter 5 -Dumbledore comes back to life, however Harry becomes angry and burns down Hogwarts, with Dumbledore and dobby inside, they burn and die
Chapter 6 - Harry becomes enraged and destroys evryone he has met except for Hagrid who he allos to live
Chapter 7 - Harry kills Hagrid
The book is a lot shorter than expected and is actually only 76 pages long, I think j K Rowling has decided to cut all the crap and get down to business.

You guys, think about this. Would J.K. Rowling allow copies of her book to be released online before the book is released? No. Never in a million years. If she allowed that, there would be no book sales.
Okay, let’s say some person managed to somehow acquire the book before it was released and decided to put it on the internet. That is completely illegal. J.K. Rowling could sue that person for all they’re worth. Not that she needs the money, mind you, but still. No JK Rowling wouldn’t allow copies to be uploaded on to the net… then again neither do the other hundreds of bands, directors, actors etc. who have their music/films uploaded to the net.
Yes, she could sue the person, but how would she ever find out who it was? Why else do people upload things to the net? Do you really think that every single person who puts illegal albums, films or books on the net get caught? Not even 1% would get caught I would imagine (don’t know for certain)…
It is more than likely that the book uploaded on ‘torrent’ style sites in genuine (not certain but a strong likelihood)…

Guys, if you look at JKRs personal website, she has recently updated and there is a short entry of sorts that tells all the fans to “ignore the misinformation from the media” basically, in other words, there have been no leaks. You heard it from the woman herself, what more do you want?
You don’t have to read all the spoilers. If you see anything like “____ dies on page ___” just quickly skip the comment as you’re reading.
We’ll all know if these rumours are true or false on saturday, but personally, being told by JKR herself that none have been leaked, I choose to believe none of these rumours are true.
I do admit however that it is rather shall we say “odd” that anyone would bother to fake all 700 odd pages of the book.
Guess we’ll find out in two days.

Lupin dies.
Percy dies (this death occurs before the wedding, inevitably throwing events into chaos).
Voldemort dies.
Snape dies.
Details aren�t needed. Just say BELLATRIX KILLS RON!
Snape�s loyalty? I found this to be the saddest part of the book. As many people guessed, all was not what it seemed with Dumbledore, and the two did indeed have a plan that would eventually result in Snape killing him. But, Snape was only in on things for personal gain, and when Voldemort learns of this, he is obviously furious with Snape. Snape tries to make up for things by luring Harry to him, but Harry manages to escape, and Voldemort kills Snape before the final conflict.
I don�t know what all these rumours are about Voldemort kidnapping Ron, it�s a complete lie. Ron is killed by Bellatrix Lestrange in The Battle of Hogwarts, but Neville manages to finish off Bellatrix after Ron weakens her before his death.
Harry Potter is not a horcrux.
As I�ve already stated, Voldemort kills Snape.
Voldemort is killed in the Department Of Mysteries. He baits Harry Potter about his parents, Sirius, Dumbledore and Ron. which turns out to be the worst thing Voldemort could have done. As Voldemort steps out into the circular bit with many doors, Harry Potter opens the locked door, and Voldemort is destroyed by the blinding light, which heals Harry Potter, who seems close to death (he does not die).

I have read the pdf of the first 10 chapters, and as a fan,
if this is the real book, it is by far the worst book in the series.
The story does not have any of the charm or charecter
interaction. The book reads very choppy, and leaves out the
detail and imagery that made the first six so compelling.
This “book” reads more like a fan work.
I really hope this isn’t the book that arrives on
my doorstep, because if it is, I want a refund.

The spoilers posted by ARB are fake. The book has been leaked and is genuine. In In reply to the person asking about the dragon - Harry, Hermione and Ron escape from Gringotts on a dragon after getting Helga Hufflepuff’s cup (and horcrux) from the Lestrange’s vault.
Ending gets a bit CS Lewisy - Harry has to die because he is a horcrux but is reborn and is able to destroy Voldemort.

NOT READ THE THE REST OF THIS!PLEASE!! I have the book yes you got
the deaths correct,
however,there is nothing about any of those kind of movie that you guys
are so overly obsessed with. For those who want to knowthere are 607
pages in the UK version of
the book. You all have the “Deathly Hallows” part wrong it(actually “they”)
happen to be some sort of weapons that(as told in a children’s story)
“Death” gave to 3 brothers:
A rock that can part-way bring back the dead(read the 4th book when
the wands connect),an invisibility cloak(that can not be summond when
worn(Harry’s), and an unbeatable wand known as the Elder wand. All these
objects exsist in the book. Actually it was the Goblet in the vault. Actually
yes Harry is a horcrux but he does come back after Voldemort kills him
of course good wins over wins over evil, and that is all that I am saying
now.

Is it just me or is the epilogue the most disappointing part of th HP series?
Someone with JKR’s intelligence and writing ability could have come up with something better than “all was well”
I’m so angry that she ruined the series by putting a fairy-tale ending on the

J. K. Rowling seemed as if she wrote to make a deadline and hoping to put a fairy tale ending to seem the norm when the rest of the series were refreshingly abnorm. As a follower of the book, I had really hoped whe would have described the scenes after the battle of Hogwarts in greater detail rather than mosh it up with rushed intentions.
sadly, her intentions of presenting a book to the public fans out there was a complete disappointment. having followed the series for so long, I believe that she should do it justice by writing a second to last book after the fact. Unusual as it may seems, it may go finely with the rest of the Harry Potter Aura of unsualness. I just believe that with her talent and imagination, she should’ve been able to do a better job with the ending.
Yes, there was no doubt of her love for the series and Harry Potter as a part of her and her family lives in a personal sense, yet it is still a franchise that makes billions in revenue around the world. she would have written the series under pressure and under the reason that she had already written it in advance while it went through many processes of editing and translation.
I dare say that this book, the last of the series, was damaged more as Harry Potter became popular and franchised. the book rose to an alarming popularity that perhaps there might’ve been a high expectation from others.
plainly put, ladies and gents, i call for a rewrite.

You are all f__king idiots!! The silly book is more of the same old crap. JK Rowling is a subpar writter at best. You idoits over 12 wearing witches and wizards hats are a f__king waste. You need to get your asses kicked on principle alone. Harry Plopper was never a great book and never will be.

Its fun to see that people just love to insult others… outta jalousy? who knows, and who cares? If people like/love Harry Potter just let them be, I mean… why waste your time to criticize others. If you have better lives than Harry Potter fans why not prove it and do something else with it than what you are doing right now… Don’t bother answering this as I won’t come back to waste MY time and look at what you write anyway. I’m a Potter fan, but maybe not as obsessed with it as others. I just hate when people are mean to others for no reason… The people who need to have their ass kicked aren’t the HP fans you guys… it’s time you realize that.

u lot who try to spoil things are all so saddos i mean u spend ur precious time telling everyone u can that uve got a computer version of the book- people who think theyre wrong i giv respect to them.
that person who said harry goes on drunken rages, kills hermione, hagrid and the weasley family is sad.
the person (i think theyre called arb or sumin) who did that whole what seemed like an essay about who dies and a q&a, is sad too.

I think that JK Rowling could have done better with harry potter 7 she should uv had dumbldore rise agian with the stone and the duel with voldemort and harry at the end of the book shuold have been better the last chapter should have explained more it was alright but she could have done better.
