I’m not sure about Patrick Wilson as Night Owl, but I’m definitely not behind Jude Law as Ozymandias. Law’s good at light, comedic roles, but he still hasn’t impressed me in more dramatic roles. My vote would go to Ryan Gosling. Ok, maybe he’s too young. What about John Cusack then? He’d be in the right age range, wouldn’t he? As it is, I’m fine with the rest of the cast (as if Snyder wants/needs my approval).

Yeah, I received this list a week back. Some of my sources seem to think it MIGHT be slightly credible in that the names have been discussed… but not cast.
We’ll see.

I know its not final yet, but I am really happy with that casting. And as far as Jude Law goes, if he acts as well as he did in “The Talented Mr. Ripley”, then I say, ‘aye’. I’m still trying to decide who I want to play Dr. Long…any thoughts? Still I think if this movie is to work, it will have to be at least three hours long.

It looks suspicious to me - too many reminiscents from the cast of LITTLE CHILDREN.

@ fyodor_fish: if i remember correctly jude law was goood (as a villain) in mendes’ road to perdition… i for one am real excited in the casting.

All i can say is Jason Patric is the deserving one to play the role of Dr. Manhattan co’z Jason Patric had played a hero in all of his movies so he is so fit for the role of Dr. Manhattan only him.
