Well It’s seems it’s true… New Photo’s! Looks like we’re seeing frames from the rumored sequel. As from the stupid stuff here, well even I’ve got egg on my face for suggesting it was a Disney’s Gargoyles Movie. Looks like thier trying for a prequel with the date set a month before the NY attack. Mostly set at sea. Best of luck to Abrams.

Hi people
Its a trailer for the new “ZOIDS” movie.
“cloverfield” is not the real name just like “blue harvest” was used to fool people about “return of the jedi”.
I live near “leavedon film studios” were they made “phantom menace” and a while back saw a huge “ZOID” head been deliverd.
By all means look into this yourself, but im 90% sure that this “cloverfield” is the “zoid” movie.

The people are interesting watching this move or not. Me personal, I’d like the movie in real life action and the CGI graphic is so real. If you ever dreams about dinosaurs has chasing you around and couldn’t find a way to get out. Keep it real, I heard Halo movie coming out. Compares to this movie. I must confess, to people who’s interesting of real life action or simple random story that never exist.

I really dont understand how many of you liked this movie, I guess we’re all entitled to our own opinion. I’ve seen many stupid movies before and this by far is on top of my list unless JJ Abrams decides to make part II. Just wondering how this movie would be on a boot leg………DONT 4GET YOUR BARF BAG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Again this is my own personal OPINION and I have no intentions of offending anyone:)

It’s not godzilla. this is a new form of sea-monster. Does has power like godzilla how ever, does godzilla has a monster slave little creepers chasing people?

The story: is about 2 couple is having a wedding party, they were talk before the day. the lady was jokes around about ” godzilla “. later on, late night, the sea-monster appears. So, ever gets the movie title? “clover” is like when ever you wish, will come true.

at last, I dont get it, when they thought armies killed the sea-monster then their helicopter went down? Then started running to tunnel?and dead so why did they stopped running?

They are making cloverfield 2.

this movie was a waste of money….

The only reason that went to movie was the trailer. i thought it was the coolest trailer…
But watching the movie from a stupid hand camera was the worst experience i ve ever seen..
Don’t waste your money for this lame movie i say…..

okay, i can completely see where you people are coming from, but in my opinion, this was the single MOST original, thought provoking, and amazing movie of the year. the filming style was excelently done, putting you in place of the movie. the monster was a little bit dissapointing, but they showed it, something i thought they wouldn’t do. the main complaint was the lack of storyline. what you haters don’t understand is that this was jj abrahms point. the point was to have it in the point of view of the characters, and not neccesarily give a back story [and the conclusion was quite clear. i saw the falling thing, but didn’t want to say anything in fear of me being made fun of. overall, the best movie of the year. i hope for sequels.

By far, one of the best movies I’ve been to in the last six months! I don’t know what all the “whale talk” is about; if there were EVER a whale that looked like this thing, God help EVERYBODY! I was a li’l nauseated by some of the shaky camera shots, but I could NOT LOOK AWAY for fear that I might miss something! This film was so realistic, it actually gave the feeling that something like this could actually take place. I love that they only give one clear shot of the main creature! I have to go see this again, if only so I can see what some of you are saying “fell into the ocean at the Coney Island scene”!!!!!! SIX THUMBS UP! (One for each of the monster’s legs.)

Ok, I’ll try to be as positive as I can be when I make my comments about this eyesore. Y’all I was able to sit through most of Evita without running screaming from the theater. I actually made it through some of the Masters of Horror series a couple of years ago without demanding a refund. This thing? Oh give me a real break.

I guess I am accustomed to the fact that when I pay the better part of $20 for two people to see a movie that there will be at least a moment that I do not feel I need to vomit from the unsteadiness of the camera. I did not expect to see something that looked like it was in the rough draft of creation.

No, the movie is not worth seeing on the big screen - absolutely not. Emphatically not. I have warned everyone I know to stay out of the theater and wait until this piece of “work” is out at the DVD rental stores or pirated on the internet to download because as of right now I plan on never seeing anything again which bears the name JJ Abrams.

We’re all entitled to our opinion, and I’m sorry if mine disagrees with any of yours - please don’t hate me, I followed the thing from the beginning too. I’m just extremely dissatisfied and completely disappointed by this pitiful excuse.

Yes, I understand the viewpoint was supposed to be technologically amateur. I do realize that is the “vision” he had. However, it did not satisfy even in its most meager measure my need to be riveted by this creature I waited for lo these many months.

Anyone know what that thing is that falls into the Atlantic Ocean in the last shot of the movie…right before the cam moves back to Rob and Beth on the ferris wheel??? Favorite shot of the movie by far!
