 
Fox has released yet another trailer for The Simpsons Movie. This one will be attached to Evan Almighty, which hits theaters tonight. The new trailer features Homer and Bart on a fishing trip, President Schwarzenegger, the destruction of Springfield, a Naked Bart, Spider-Pig and much much more. I have to admit, I wasn’t really looking forward to this, but the more I see, the more interested I become. I still think, like many of you, that this movie is ten years too late. Why is it that when I click to watch anything you post on this page in fullscreen mode, I only get a 4X3 aspect instead of the 16X9? I’m running safari on the latest version of OS X Tiger. Hope you guys can trouble shoot. Awesome site though it’s the future of cinebloging!

Thanks for the kind words. Right now the full screen mode just enlarges the video to fit the screen (which usually isn’t widescreen). We’re not the ones who have designed the flash video player on /Film, but we’ve put in a request for the developer to fix this in a future version.

Awesome movie, awesome trailer. I hope it’s going to be a great movie. It would be sad if all the time the studio put into this project would turn out in a pathetic movie..
