Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight is shooting in Chicago and tonight we received an e-mail from one of our /Film Spies claiming that the Batman production was setting up for a huge car chase sequence. Freddie sent us the photo above along with the following:

I work across the street from where they are shooting a few scenes for The Dark Knight and yesterday when I went into work I saw 5 of the Batmobiles lined up in the parking garage I park in. I didn’t have my phone or camera on me so I couldn’t get any pictures and I forgot to grab my camera today, but I had my phone. :( I could only snap off one pic and it was a rushed pic because a few ’security guards’ came over and asked what I was doing. As you can see from the impressions they are indeed the Batmobiles. I’ll try and snap as many pics as I can in the coming days with my actual camera so I should have better content in the future.

Just thought I’d share this with you and let you know that I’ll have better stuff in a few days. Also, I love the site and read it multiple times, every day.
