for goodness sake Im glad that f f 2 is pg thank god there is a film that i can take my superhero obsessed son to and not be asleep by the end. Just remember when you were a kid and the only “grown up” films were things like space camp and flight of the navigator!!!!

I am a parent as well as a fanboy geek , so I am thrilled that the new film will be rated PG. My 5-year-old (almost 6), who is a huge FF fan, and I may actually be able to enjoy it on the big screen together. How cool!

What does rating have to do with quality? The original (good) Star Wars films (including Empire Strikes Back) are rated PG (that’s current rating, not just at the time). PG mainly means that the film is not too violent (drug use is also an automatic PG-13). This doesn’t mean this film will be any good, just that you can’t tell from the rating.

I Agree, why does this film have to be dark, to suit geeks and moronic critics.I have collected comics for 30 years, and have all the F/F issues back to no. 10, so i now a bit about F/Four.I and most normal people enjoyed it, and the 2nd one looks great so far

I never even seen the first Fantastic Four movie.But was’nt the first one rated PG-13.I heard the first one was bad.I saw the trailer for this and it looked good.But my hopes are down for this one being any good now it’s rated only PG.

You’re on crack. The scenes look awesome and PG is suitable for The Fantastic Four. This is Not x-men. This is an action film that kids should enjoy to like the films many of us who grew up in the 70’s and early 80’s got to enjoy. There’s nothing dreaded about PG. Some of you think selfishly as if when your grow older that the movie studio focuses on you alone and that they should stop catering to the younger crowd too.
