I was surprisingly a huge fan of National Treasure. It was a fun no-brainer, sit-back-relax and enjoy popcorn film. And while the whole idea seems to be “borrowed” from The Da Vinci Code, It did everything right that The Da Vinci Code adaptation did wrong. And now we have the teaser trailer for National Treasure II: Book of Secrets, which follows the mystery of the eighteen missing pages from John Wilkes Booth diary. It looks like a fun follow-up. trailer looks good… loved the first movie, even my nephews (4&6 yrs old) learned some history and enjoyed the movie.. this one sounds just as interesting.

OMG… I AM SO STOKED FOR THE BOOK FO SECRETS!!! AHHH!!! national treasure is the best movie on earth and anyone who thinks otherwise is insane!!! I sure hope the second is as good as the first… i can’t beleive i have to wait to december…:(

Just viewed the trailer, looks to be a good story…. Cant believe that we have to wait another four months to watch it.
The first film was gripping with some great quotes..lets hope the number two is as good. ;-)

I think this is going to be a movie that will be seen all over the world. It’s a triller waiting to be enjoyed by everyone. I really liked the part 1 and can’t wait to see this one…thanks Walt!

This will indeed be an intriging series. I very much enjoyed the first one. It was very informative. You can’t watch it once. Actually, I’m watching it right now…..for about the 5th time. I love it. And I’m sure I’ll love National Treasure-Book of Secrets.

I saw a MUCH LONGER trailer on 10/7/07 on the Sony Playstation 3- my son downloaded the LONG trailer from the Playstation Store through the direct link on the Playstation 3- so if you know someone who has one, have them get it,,,it’s got a lot more information.

I cannot wait until the second one comes out! I have watched the first one more times than I can count and practically have it memorized. Nicolas Cage is an amazing actor, and I love how they take actual american history and link it together with fictional events, making it interesting.

It’s not that I am obsessed about this movie, I’m PASSIONATE. Loved the first one. My 11 year old daughter is as excited about the 2nd movie coming out as Christmas Day! We’ll purchase tickets in advance. Can’t wait!!!

I saw the movie this morning. I did like the movie dont get me wrong but as a historian they did get one thing wrong, but over all it was a great movie. Glad to have saw many teens there to see it.
