I don't have the feeling that this kind of thing is what people are waiting for at the moment (meaning that the pr people got a bit lazy, maybe?). They will rather wait eagerly for next week's tv show finales, and only lift their butts for the Pirates popcorn machine. And Pirates will have a rough time, too, as the franchise balloons are visibly deflating - and even the most eager multiplex goers start to realise. I predict a 70 million opening weekend for Shrek.
