it doesn’t surprise me that Spiderman 3 made more money than one. The reason why is Venom and Sandman made an appearnce in this movie and people we eager to see how they portayed Venom and Sandman.

I don’t think piracy effected it at all. I heard the leaked version was really crappy quality, and anyone who could stand a sub par video probably didn’t really want to see it in theaters anyway.
