A few months ago we posted an unreleased Captivity (poster) movie trailer and no one cared. Then that whole billboard controversy happened and all of a sudden Elisha Cuthbert’s shameless SAW rip-off is the talk of the internet. Check out the new theatrical movie trailer (this one has all the marking sparkle that the uncut version lacked) after the jump.

Are they serious? The MPAA punished AfterDarkFilms not because the film was intense but because they put up inappropriate billboards and advertisements.
Captivity hits theaters on May 18th 2007.
