That is for sure. There have been tons and tons of marketing dollars poured into this film, so people are going to be very aware of it. I'd say it gets right up there near the $1 billion mark worldwide, but it will halt around the figures that Pirates 2 made last year... And I am still pissed that they showed Venom in the trailer...
