This one has been making its rounds of the movie blogosphere for about 24 hours now… I’d say it looks legit.

Now, the more interesting thought is this: I don’t know if I like the look of that suite. It looks very bulky, even for Iron Man. I don’t know, maybe its just me, but I am not a huge fan of that particular look.

Hoy a primera hora de la mañana webs como Superherohype confirmaban la primicia dada por Slash Films, la foto publicada era real y se trataba ni más ni menos que de la primera armadura del Iron Man (2008) de John Favreau! Esta foto viene a confirmar el anuncio de que el Stan Winston Studio está trabajando sobre dos o tres armaduras al mismo tiempo para mostrar la evolución del personaje. A mi me ha encantado… es encomiable que hayan optado por usar una combinación de efectos mecánicos clásicos y efectos digitales para los movimientos y tal… hoy por hoy tengo muy buenas sensaciones! Looks like a great rendition of Stark’s early armor. I’m not sold on Downey, but I’m definitely looking forward to an Iron Man movie. I was lucky enough to hit the series golden age as a kid.

If I was a betting man, I’d go with “authentic” vs. “fake.” Looks close to the armor Iron Man wore in his early incarnation. Wikipedia has some cover art from the period. It also looks a lot like the early armor from “The Invincible Iron Man,” Marvel Animations’ third feature-length film.
