We usually don’t report on video games based on movie properties, but this one caught out eye. Variety reports that Warner Bros and LEGO have signed a deal to make a LEGO Batman video game. Anyone who has played the LEGO Star Wars games will understand why this is so exciting. We can’t wait to drive into a building in the batmobile, shattering it into little lego pieces. No idea if the game will be tied to the Batman Begins sequel, The Dark Knight. Although we assume the game will follow the traditional comic book storylines, and not be connected to the Chris Nolan or Tim Burton film adaptations. The game will hit stores in 2008.
