The guys there say they love it but the trailer presents it as strictly standard indie fare. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but there’s nothing I saw in the trailer that makes it stand out from other movies about the romance between two socially awkward barely adults and the colorful characters that exist in their lives. I’ll definitely see it since Slash has seen the whole movie and pronounces it worthy but the trailer on its own leaves me a bit bleh.
