Venom Crashes to Earth

We have another cool Spider-Man 3 photo for you today. Nope, it’s not Venom. It’s not Sandman. Not even Green Goblin or Spidey. The photo above shows a very small meteor crashing into earth.

Why is this photo significant? Why should you care? Here’s a quick history lesson:

Venom is actually not a monster, it’s an extraterrestrial symbiote called the “Venom symbiote.” In the Secret Wars comic book mini-series, the goo symbiotically fuses to Spider-Man while in Space. We knew that wasn’t going to happen in the movie, as the film story-line is grounded more in reality (or at least closer to reality).

It has been believed that astronaut John Jameson would bring the “alien life force” back to Earth with him. A past Empire Magazine article is even claimed as much. But the photo above seems to prove otherwise. Instead the symbiote comes to earth aboard a small meteor. And is that Peter Parker’s bike in the foreground?

So what do you think, is my theory right?

I’m pretty sure the alien symbiote fused to Spider-Man in the Secret Wars Mini, not in Amazing.

That is correct Neal. The symbiote happened during the Secret Wars mini series. It would be extremely cool to have a guest appearance by the Fantastic Four like they do in the comics of having cross-overs. Spidey sought the aid of Reed Richards to contain the symbiote once he was able to separate from it. But that would be asking too much of Hollywood to do. Maybe even do a Xmen cross-over as well.

    Maybe just guest appearances?
I’m worried about too much content being crammed into one film! Peter has to fight the Green Goblin (2), get the symbiote, defeat GG, get rid
of the symbiote, fight the Sandman, marry MJ, etc.- all in 2.5 hours!

yeah, I messed up - it was secret wars.

I too think there might be too much crammed into this film.

I like the idea of cramming it all in 2.5 hrs.

I’m usualy optimistic about stuff, but dudes PONDER THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

1.From screen shots of venom we see He is lacking in major tounge wagging.

2.Most pics and clips we see he is down sized 3 folds of what we’re used to being illustrated and what we doodle on school folders.

3.The Giant white spider That is connected by the legs from front to back is clearly dissapeard.

4.And let us not forget the Toy maker early attempt to sell and big spoiler to FANS EVERY WHERE. This venom depicts shredded web lines (the very same silver/white ones) that the black spider-man has on his costumes.

    Let me get you opinions.
Please get me re-psyched for this film
cuz so far the thrill is gone

(I enjoy the idea of the symbiote crashing to earth)
    (And that is Peter’s bike)

P.S. SandMan sux ass. who agrees?
