DBA/Buena Vista Pictures Marketing as well as Disney.com do not provide website technical support or direct contact information to resolve the issue. You are unable to contact them regarding the "NO SUCH USER" email provided. They only provide an endless string of FAQ which do not address such an issue. If anyone is successful in submitting an entry I would really be interested in how they managed to do so. Have a wonderful week.
