Both are about a man who is house-bound (RW = broken leg / Dist = electronic surveillance), spies on neighbors across the street and eventually starts to think one is a murderer (RW = Raymond Burr / Dist = David Morse) and enlists the help of a woman (RW = Grace Kelly / Dist = Sarah Roemer) to investigate.
